Worship Team

Our worship team leads the congregation in meaningful, Christ-centered worship through music, prayer, and creativity. Gathering regularly to rehearse and grow together, the team serves with a heart to glorify God and help others encounter His presence in worship.

We have a diverse worship style that ranges from traditional to contemporary to even southern gospel at times. We have a hired worship leader who leads worship for a lot of our services, as well as wonderful volunteers who bring their own flare and something different every now and then. We are always looking for talented musicians with a passion and heart for worship to take part in worship teams; maybe that could be you!

Choir

Join us for a mixed chorale which rehearses Thursday nights at 7:00pm. Our church choir brings voices together in worship, using music to glorify God and encourage our congregation. Through weekly rehearsals and special performances, the choir creates meaningful moments in worship and helps lead our community in praise. Whether experienced or new to singing, all are welcome to be part of this joyful ministry.

Senior Brass Band

The Glenmore Salvation Army Brass Band gathers every Thursday at 8:30 pm to rehearse, growing together in musical excellence, fellowship, and service. Through concerts and special events, the band shares music across various communities, using brass band tradition to inspire, encourage, and glorify God. The Glenmore Brass Band is also proud to perform annually at the Calgary Stampede, extending its ministry beyond the church and into the heart of the city.

Audio Visual Team

Our Audio-Visual Team supports worship and ministry by providing sound, visuals, and media that help create a smooth and engaging worship experience. Serving behind the scenes, the team plays a vital role in helping the message of hope be clearly seen and heard. Whether experienced or eager to learn, this team is a great way to serve and support worship in a practical, meaningful way. Our services are streamed every Sunday through YouTube and Facebook.
